Responsibilities
- Transforming rough Content Story Boards into clear, engaging animated lessons in After Effects
- Working within an established visual system (template structure, and asset library)
- Making smart structural decisions (e.g. splitting content into scenes, simplifying information, improving visual hierarchy)
- Syncing visuals with voiceovers (English and Dutch)
- Maintaining a clean, corporate visual style focused on clarity and readability
- Delivering multiple lessons per course in a consistent and efficient way
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Illustrator
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines and templates
- Organized and self-managed: able to estimate time and meet deadlines independently
- Experience with AI tools in the design and editing process
- Clear communicator who asks questions early and handles feedback constructively
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Bonus skills
- Ability to design simple corporate-style illustrations and icons within an established visual language
- Experience creating educational or instructional content:
- Understanding how to convey knowledge visually:identifying the key learning objective of a scene and designing around it
- Ability to decide what information should be emphasized, simplified, or split across scenes
