We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as Data & AI Course Developer. As a Course Developer, you'll design and develop course outlines and training materials on topics like Data Literacy, AI Literacy, Reading Data Visualizations, Responsible AI, and Data Storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop world-class course outlines and interactive online courses on topics like Data Literacy, AI Literacy, Reading Data Visualizations, Responsible AI, and Data Storytelling
- Create engaging videos (with the help of our video editing team) and hands-on exercises on our interactive learning platform
- Communicate complex data and AI concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner to a (mostly) non-technical audience
- Develop accurate and meaningful data & AI assessments to measure learners' skill levels
- Collaborate with a Curriculum Manager to ensure consistency and quality in all course materials
- Continuously update and improve course content to keep it relevant and high-quality
- Organize your work and take responsibility for the on-time delivery of the courses to our customers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in data and AI in a high-performing organization
- Strong knowledge of data and AI literacy concepts, such as data interpretation, responsible AI, machine learning, data visualization, data storytelling, or data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience in designing and developing data and AI literacy training materials and/or mentoring students in data and AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
