We developed the world's best online learning platform and customized courses for organizations like Just Eat Takeaway, ING, and Skyscanner. Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging Data & AI courses (especially hands-on exercises), from Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to Data Visualization and Responsible AI
- Project manage the full course development process: scoping, planning, coordinating SMEs, designers, and video editors, and shipping on time
- Run client discovery workshops to scope learning needs and shape course outlines
- Deliver live, in-person AI literacy coaching (Booster sessions) alongside our self-paced content
- Stay hands-on with Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub, Studio, license tiers), Claude for Work, and Gemini for Workspace, so our curriculum reflects what actually works inside enterprises
Qualifications
- A degree in Data Science, AI, EdTech, Business, L&D, Communication, or related, plus a few years of relevant experience
- A real track record of training others in AI literacy inside corporate environments. You can share a portfolio with case studies, references, or examples of internal AI literacy trainings you've designed or delivered
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot's license tiers and solid familiarity with Claude for Work and Gemini for Workspace
- You get corporate context: what's approved, what's blocked, what governance looks like
- Comfortable in both formats: building polished self-paced modules and delivering engaging in-person sessions
- Exceptional writing skills: you turn tech-speak into clear, engaging content
- Strong project management skills and a product mindset
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
